This Longines 8888 from 1962 operates from a Calibre 30LK manual mind movement, this 17-jewel movement operates at 18,000 beats per hour and includes an Incabloc shock absorber

This Longines watch is working in excellent order having just passed through our watchmaker.

Crafted from stainless steel, the case measures 35mm in diameter, a generous size for its time. It features distinctive facets on the outer edges of the lugs and a chamfered bezel, enhancing its elegant profile. Fitted to a generic dark brown almost maroon coloured generic leather strap and steel buckle.

Off white coloured dial that has aged and discoloured to the bottom edges and beside the 3 but then that is what you would expect of a watch over 60 years old. Silvered hands and line hour markers with the subsidiary seconds dial above the 6.
