Waltham American steam locomotive pocket watch, 1902.

The watch has a seven jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 11,388,259 which dates it back to 1902.

The watch measures 57mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is Silveroid, an alloy often used in watch cases around this time and it came under various names such as Silveroid, Silverine and Silverore. The case is in nice condition and has an image of an American steam locomotive to the back.

The thick glass lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial is in lovely condition with blued steel hands and inner 24 hour numerals.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
