The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1960s.
The watch has a Swiss 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. You will notice that there are two empty retaining screw holes within the movement… these screws are not required in this instance as the movement is designed to be held in place by the shaped case back.
The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs.

The back of the watch has a 1961 long service inscription from ICI.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original dauphine shaped hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in its vintage Garrard presentation box.
