Historical worm, foxed glass and old repairs are not sufficient for a refund as by the very nature of buying antiques you as the customer and we as the vendor expect this to be commonly accepted things that come with buying antique furniture. These are not sufficient grounds for a refund.
DELIVERY IS WITHIN MAINLAND ENGLAND AND WILL BE DELIVERED BY SPECIALIST ANTIQUE FURNITURE COURIERS WHO WILL ARRANGE DELIVERY DIRECT WITH YOU THE CUSTOMER. THEY WILL ENDEAVOUR TO GET YOUR ITEM TO YOU AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE BUT PATIENCE IS TO BE REQUIRED AND UNDERSTOOD BY THE CUSTOMER BEFORE PURCHASE.

If you wish to return an item the refund will NOT include this as arranging free delivery takes time and money including wrapping costs which we pay for and therefore you would be charged for the initial free delivery AND return courier fee.
