Here we have a very rare George III caddy top Mahogany chest of drawers c1790. As you can see the chest has a delicious mellow colour and patina. There is a cross banded top with super colour and grain. The is a stepped thumb moulded edge which has been exquisitely executed. This stepped moulding also extends to the sides of the front. The drawers have a delicate thumb moulding to the edges and are all Oak lined. There are delightful original brass handles and the whole sits on original bracket feet. A wonderful diminutive chest of drawers in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 91 cm wide 81 cm high 50 cm deep.
