Size: 1ft 1in x 0ft 11in (33 x 27cm).

Antique Faraghan region chanteh face, chanteh are small vanity bags used for the storage of personal belongings.

Circa 1900.

The bag face has a simple floral shrub design on a orange ground, this stands out against the dark indigo blue. The inner floral border is in a pleasing soft green.

The bag face is in excellent condition with very slight even wear and full pile. A very attractive bag face suitable for display or use on a table top or chest.

The bag face has been hand washed and is ready for display.
