Description

Antique Early Victorian Mahogany Chest of Drawers with Secret Drawer and dating from around 1850. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a moulded edge to the top above a deep cross banded frieze drawer which is a secret drawer and with satinwood fine stringing. This is above two short drawers over three long graduating drawers all of which are ash lined with turned knob handles. It is raised on turned feet joined by a shaped frieze.

MEASURES: 46” HIGH X 20.5” DEEP X 49” WIDE

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
