Antique Pair Edwardian Mahogany Single Beds and dating from around 1910. Constructed from quality mahogany the headboards have a deep moulded and serpentine shaped edge above a split cane panel and on squared supports topped with turned finials. The footboards have a deep moulded and beautifully shaped scalloped edge with split cane panels and on turned bulbous supports topped with turned finials and they are raised on turned legs on castors joined by a turned stretcher. They have their original iron side rails and take a standard single mattress .
EACH BED MEASURES: 43” HIGH TO HEADBOARD X 27” HIGH TO FOOTBOARD X X 36” WIDE X 79” LONG
With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
