Scottish Wemyss Jug and Bowl Set

1900 - 1920
Description

Early 20th century Scottish Wemyss Ware jug and bowl set in the black hens design. Both items fully marked to the base with the impressed Wemyss mark plus the T. Goode & Co. London painted mark. The condition of both pieces is basically very good with only very slight staining to the bowl but there are a couple of very small invisible professional chip repairs. It is not common to get a large jug and bowl of this design.

The jug is 9" diameter by 11" high
