An antique Chinese handwoven, Art Deco period carpet, approximately 12' x 8'10", Circa 1920. This carpet has emerald gold /yellow coloured field with scattered floral sprays, central floral medallion and conforming spandrels, enclosed by rectangular red and jade borders with floral details. A hand woven carpet finished with fringes ends. Wool pile and cotton foundations.

A high quality, handmade old carpet. Well presented with appropriate aged wear. Ready to use.

This carpet measures approximately 364 cm long including fringes, and 270 cm wide.

Condition:

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This carpet is in reasonably good condition overall, commensurate with its age. Odd small marks and blemishes. Some wear to the pile. Both end fringes have some wear and a little soiling.. A little fading to the main pile. Ready to use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
