Antique Georgian Mahogany Chiffonier Sideboard

A lovely antique Georgian mahogany chiffonier sideboard. The chiffonier sideboard has an original brass gallery top which is raised on turned brass supports. Below are two drawers to the frieze with attractive beadwork detail, flanked by carved anthemion motifs and turned pillars. The doors have a bronze grill with carved centre beading, with olive green fabric panels behind. The doors unlock to reveal a shelf inside. Raised fluted bun feet.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the top, sides and inner shelves. There is further staining and fading to the inner shelves and top, however, this does not affect the overall integrity of the chiffonier sideboard. A wonderful example of an antique Georgian mahogany chiffonier sideboard.
