A vibrant watercolour of Ballaglass Glen by John Lynas Gray, signed and dated 1917.

John Abernethy Lynas Gray (1869-1937) was born in Oxton, Cheshire but later lived in Caernarvonshire. He studied at The Liverpool School of Art and exhibited at the Walker Art Gallery and also the Royal Cambrian Academy.

A very good example of his work, having been professionally cleaned, reframed to the highest of standards.
