Description

For sale this very fine WW2 Zenith HS3 British Royal Navy issued pocket watch, issue no 7704, later updated with decimal dial, dating circa 1940. This example retains is original matching stores issue number to its Zenith case and Zenith original gilt movement, being 7704. The watch is in full working order keeping excellent time as expected from an HS3 example. The screw front and back case retains virtually all the original case plate. Later in its service life the watch has been undated to the decimal dial, showing the outer ring calibrated to 100 units per minute, 5 minute, and hour display along with the upgraded handset. Case diameter excluding stem tube and crown, 51mm and 15mm deep. In all this is a very fine example, worthy of any collection. Price £795.00 inclusive of shipping to within the UK. (Sold CL)
