A beautiful antique Abadeh rug, hand woven circa 1920. The design features a small geometrical medallion on a rich red field of stylised flowers and vines surrounded by a deep indigo border. Finely woven with soft, velvety wool and lovely secondary colours of pinks, greens and golds
Size: 2.05m x 1.43m (6ft 9in x 4ft 8in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
