An antique Persian Khoi Tabriz, handwoven rug, approximately 5''6'' x 4''3'', Circa 1900. This old rug has an indigo coloured field of birds with central flowerhead medallion, framed by meandering vine borders. A hand knotted, rug with short medium pile, the ends have been stitched (later). Wool pile and foundations.
A well worn in old rug, full of charm and character, lots of aged wear but still ready for use.

This rug measures approximately 166.5 cm long, and 130 cm wide.
Condition:
Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This rug is in original, well worn, aged condition. Wear to the pile. Both ends have been stitched, later. Fading to the red/pink areas. A reasonably good regular shape for an old rug. Still full of charm and very usable. This rug has been vacuumed, deodorised and treated for moth prevention. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
