An antique Persian Hamadan, handwoven rug, approximately 8''3''x4''10'', Circa 1930. This old rug has a red field stylised flowers, central medallion, enclosed by repeating floral borders. A reasonably deep, hand knotted village type rug, with selvages to both ends and one end with contemporary fringe. Wool pile and foundations.

This rug measures approximately 252 cm long including fringes, and 148 cm wide.
