Description

Super pair of 19th century English window seats or salon sofas with solid mahogany show wood frames and newly upholstered in a beautiful quality French linen, finished with a double pipe edging and also a double pipe to the mid back.

The sofas will work very well as additional seating in a living room as they are comfortable with original sprung and webbed seats, the backs being very supportive too…but equally good as decorative window seats, perhaps also as hall benches too.

The seat height is good for a living room seat, but if you wanted them to use as banquette seating they could have castors fitted to raise them a little…please get in touch to discuss!

Good solid pair and in good condition…ready to use as they are with the French linen, but also can be reupholstered in your own choice of fabric if preferred.
