Georgian Mahogany Kneehole Dressing Table

Description

Fine quality early 19th century Georgian mahogany kneehole dressing table or desk. Two half width drawers at the top with three smaller drawers down each side. The drawers have a cock beaded edge and are oak lined inside with original brass locks but later old replacement brass handles. The piece stands on its original small turned feet. Central cupboard door and storage to the centre. The top is a beautiful grained piece of solid flame mahogany with a double reed mould around the edge. The whole piece is in very good condition.
