Standing on a shaped marble base - brown marble and white and black onyx - and with his head held high. Stamped bronze to one leg . A very stylish figure that evokes art deco style and elegance. Good original condition. Some light spotting to the Chrome and a few nibbles to the rear of the marble base. Unsigned. He was best known for making groups of hunting scenes, and specialized in wild animals (elephants, panthers, etc.). Influenced by cubism and part of the art deco movement, he liked to work in bronze.
