Description

This is a very rare and early sold 14ct gold Omega bumper automatic with two tone dial

The diameter is just over 33mm excluding the crown.

The movement is Omegas very first automatic calibre 28.10, a mark 1 Bumper

An Omega "bumper" is a vintage Omega that has a "bumper" automatic movement rather than a full rotation rotor automatic. The oscillating weight makes a partial rotation before "bumping" into a cushioning spring. This is the earliest type of automatic movement.

The beautiful two tone dial is near perfect and looks like it has been restored some years ago. It has the Swiss Squirrel 14ct gold hallmarks to the inside of the case back and on the side of the case

The case is in fabulous condition all we have done is a light hand polish with some jewellers rouge.

The watch has just been fully serviced and is guaranteed to be genuine Omega in all respects. It is keeping time to within Omegas original specification and comes with a one year warranty.
