Do these wardrobes come apart for moving?

Most of them dismantle into three parts. The cornice lifts off the top, and the main hanging section lifts away from the drawer base. Some larger compactum models split down the middle too. Look for screws running through the internal side panels holding the halves together.

I have low ceilings in my cottage bedroom and I am worried that the top of the wardrobe will scrape the plaster when standing it up.

You need to measure the diagonal height, not just the standing height. When tilting a tall piece upright, the diagonal corner-to-corner measurement dictates the clearance needed. If the room is tight, assemble it standing up. Put the base in place, lift the hanging section straight onto it, then drop the cornice on top.

How do I clean cloudy wardrobe mirrors?

Surface dirt washes off with glass cleaner and a soft cloth. If the cloudiness is behind the glass, the silvering has oxidised. You cannot clean this away.
