How to flatten wrinkled paper?

Professional paper conservators use humidity chambers to relax the fibres gently. They then press the sheet between acid-free blotters under weights for several weeks. Do not try to iron it flat yourself. Heat will scorch the paper and often sets the creases permanently.

I found this old print in a dusty frame and the paper is stuck to the glass, should I try to peel it off?

Leave it alone. The emulsion of the ink or the paper fibres will likely tear away if you pull at it. Moisture often causes the sheet to fuse with the glass over decades. A conservator can sometimes release it using controlled moisture or freezing techniques. If you force it dry, you risk losing parts of the image.

Can I frame them normally?

You need UV-filtering glass and acid-free mounting board. Standard acidic mounts will burn brown lines into the paper margins over time. Direct sunlight will fade the ink and bleach the paper.

Why do some of the prints have writing at the bottom in Latin while others just have a name and a date?

Publishers tailored the lettering to their target market. Educational and religious prints often included Latin text to appeal to scholars across Europe. Portrait prints might only carry the subject's name and the engraver's details. The inscriptions evolved as literacy rates grew and prints became accessible to the wider public.
