Here we have a lovely quality Franz Bergmann (1861-1936) Bronze Owl on a feather inkwell, the hinged head of the owl lifts to allow access to where the glass liner would sit (lacking) and the feather acts as a pen tray, it is fully stamped for Bergman (B in an urn) and GESCHUTZ (trademark)
