Very Nice French Caned European Double Bed

1900 - 1920

Description

Very nice three panel foot board French caned European double size bed. Cleaned and waxed to preserve original colour. Nice shaping and small carved decoration.Cane in good usable condition. Double mattress 140cm x 190cm or 200cm will fit inside the shaped foot end.

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress)

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2" deep upholstered mini box base . We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices. Please ask for details and prices or look at mattress section of our own web site.

We can arrange national and international delivery with reliable couriers. Please send postcode/address for quotation.

Bedsteads have been sourcing, restoring and retailing antique beds and bedroom furniture for over 25 years.

We do have many beds awaiting restoration if you are looking for a particular style and can send images if requested. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.

Workshop/store open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
