Description

Pretty Iron and Brass French king size bed features pleasing brass detail which mirrors the shape of the Iron frame supported by a brass spindle and pretty brass faced castings Professionally restored with side rails lengthened, strengthened and adapted to support wood slat base suitable for modern king size mattress 150cm x 200cm Detail within decorative castings, highlighted by the specialist hand paint finish using Little Greene paint company French grey dark with darker wax over. Iron frame has been shot blasted and primed prior to finish. All original brass naturally aged and lightly cleaned.

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress)

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2"platform top or 4" sprung top mini box base. Photograph taken with 2" base. These raise the get into bed height and offer a superior support for quality mattresses. We can also supply hand-made mattresses in all comfort choices.
