A smalll William and Mary style walnut settee. The double arched back above C scroll arms, shaped frieze above octagonal baluster legs united by wavy and turned stretchers, standing on bun feet. A great shape with nice burr inlay in the legs, covered in green silk damask with a little rubbing at some edges. English Circa 1880. A comfortable little settee that could also be used at the foot of a bed. Seat height 46cm.
