The profile of the turned legs, unusually at the rear as well as the front of this dresser, suggest a mid 18th century date.
Made entirely of oak, the top is moulded on three sides and the attractive arrangement of seven drawers sits above an elegant, arched frieze, the design repeated at the sides. The drawers retain most of their original brassware.
