Description

A good late 19th century Austrian cold-painted bronze model of a Cockerel. It stands handsomely on both feet with head raised as if about to crow. Its wings are half opened and its tail feathers are raised.

It retains most of its original paint and is of good colour. It stands level on its feet and has stamps (foundry marks - numbers) under each wing. The whole number is indecipherable to the naked eye, but individual numbers can be made out.

Dimensions: h: 10cm.  w: 9cm.  d: 8cm (4 inches x 3.5 inches x 3.15 inches)
