Description

This is a beautiful pair of good quality Victorian cast iron and brass beds with a very pretty design dating from around 1880. The beds are in a lovely satin ivory shade with decorative cast detail and brass knobs. These come with their original tight fitting side irons and original Heals upholstered bed bases and bespoke mattresses.

They are a great size being 200 cms in length overall by 108 cms wide. This is an extra large single mattress size, being 3ft 6in wide rather than the normal 3 ft.

The head board is 138 cms high and the base is 103 cms high.

A very pretty pair of beds and in excellent condition throughout.
