Antique Edwardian Mahogany Inlaid Double Bed C1900 Wdb4823/19.10

Description

Lovely antique edwardian mahogany double bedstead and dating from aorund 1900. Both the head and foot boards are identical with the footboard being slightly shorter. They have a deep moulded top above a mahogany frieze with chevron inaly to the edges and with a central mahogany panel with inlaid oval and squared slatted supports to either side above a further panel with chevron inlay to the edges.

It has its original screw inb side irons and stands on short squared tapering legs on castors.

Takes a standard double matress

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the edwardian period.

Measures: 55" high to headboard X 43" high to footboard X 80" long X 54" wide
