Antique Victorian Brass Queen 5ft Double Bed C1880 Wdb6063/12.10

Description

Lovely antique victorian 5ft queen sized double bed of burnished brass and dating from aorund 1880. Both the head and foot boards are the same and having a serpentine shaped top rail above a series of brass slats with burnished brass panels and the centre slats with turned brass spindles. Each four post is topped with an architectural style cap and it stands on castors with its original drop in side irons.

In very good condition and the photographs do it no justice it just oozes the charm and character of the victorian period.

Measures: 63" high to headboard X 47" high to footboard X 80" long X 60" wide

Takes a standard 5ft mattress.
