Fine large 19th century Tibetan bronze Buddha,c1880. Beautifully cast this is a large and heavy example weighing 5.3kg. The form and detail is stunning with Buddha depicted in a seated pose and exhibiting a lovely serene look. The hands, head dress, face etc are beautifully picked out and this is clearly the work of a master craftsman. It has great colour/patina following years of handling. Overall condition is very good with only minor surface wear in line with age and use.
