Unusual Pair of Japanese Cloisonne Vases Meiji Period

Description

This is a lovely and unusual design pair of Japanese cloisonne vases from the Meiji period circa 1890. The vases feature pretty shaped panels set in enamels with butterflies and petals with bright iridescent squares of gold, blue and green in a Ginbari style ground. These are in nice original condition with no damage or restoration and measure 13 cms in height.
