Very Pretty Forged Iron Portuguese King Size Bed

Description

Very pretty forged iron Portuguese kingsize bedstead with low foot board and lovely curved detail and original naturally aged painted foliate central castings. Light and airy look yet strong sturdy construction. Well fitting corner joints. Sympathetically restored with rails extended to suit modern king size mattress 150cm x 200cm.The main frame has been shot blasted and primed prior to hand paint finish in beautiful Little Green Paint company paint and waxed to preserve.

Side rail height 41cm

Overall width 153cm

Overall length 209cm.

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress)

We can also supply mini box bases 2" with platform top (£225) or 4"with springs (£275)for better mattress support and get into bed height. We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices from £225-£850
