English Early Victorian Antique Sofa-Original Paint & Gilt

A very good quality, English antique upholstered sofa that stands on four wonderful, large carved pine legs that are still in the original paint finish with original gilt decorations. The legs have quality hidden inset brass castors and this antique sofa is designed to free stand within the room as the legs are finished on all sides. Traditionally upholstered with all the innards being intact and correct, the quality upholstery fabric is lovely and clean. English and dates to around 1840.
