Antique Regency Mahogany Double Wardrobe with Brass Grill Panels C1800 Wdb5006/7.9

Description

Lovely antique regency mahogany double wardrobe and dating from aorund 1800. It has a cornice top with dental moulding above two full length doors with working key and with brass grill panels to the top and inlaid stringing to the panels below and edges. It has a long drawer to the base which is oak lined with original bronze lion mask handles and the drawer front is also strung. It is moulded to the base and stands on shaped bracket feet. Internally there is a brass hanging rail.

In very good condition with a lovely deep mellow colour and patination to the mahogany and oozes the charm and character of the regency period.

It is in one piece and does not separate and it measures:

82" high X 24" deep X internal depth 20" X 52" wide
