Very Pretty Forged Iron Portuguese King Size Bed

Description

Very pretty forged iron Portuguese kingsize bedstead with lovely wire trellis detail and foliate central cast detail. Light and airy look yet strong sturdy construction. Well fitting corner joints. Sympathetically restored with rails extended to suit modern king size mattress 150cm x 200cm.The frame has been shot blasted and primed prior to hand paint finish in beautiful Little Green Paint company Pleat and waxed to preserve. Vey pretty small aged brass finials.

Side rail height 41cm

Overall width 153cm

Overall length 209cm.

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress)

We can also supply mini box bases 2" with platform top (£225) or 4"with springs (£275)for better mattress support and get into bed height. We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices from £225-£850
