Description

George III period, mahogany bow front four height chest of drawers, Circa 1800. This chest of drawers with well figured mahogany throughout. Bank of 4 drawers all full width drawers, all graduated in height, with cock-beaded edges, brass oval plate pull handles, brass escutcheons and lock, with working key. All raised on short splayed bracket feet. Oak drawer linings.

A very handsome, high quality chest of drawers. Fully restored and polished. In good working order and ready to use.

This chest of drawers measures approximately 88 cm (34.5") tall, 105 cm (41.5") wide, and 55 cm (21.5") deep.

Condition:

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This chest of drawers is in a very good condition, commensurate with its age, and is structurally very sound and sturdy. Fully restored and repolished. Replacement but period handles. Some good quality sympathetic repairs. In very good working order, very serviceable and ready to use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
