1927 Sterling Silver Swiss 15 Jewel Pocket Watch, Dennison Case.

Description

A lovely sterling silver Swiss 15 jewel pocket watch, fully hallmarked for A. L. Dennison (Dennison Watch Case Co Ltd), Birmingham, 1927. An engraved inscription to the inner hinged cover reads, 'W. H. Riches. Best wishes, Herbert, 1927'.

The movement is a Swiss 15 jewel, 3 adjustment movement and remains in perfect working order.

The watch measures 50mm in diameter excluding winding crown and loop. There are some light surface scratches to the glass and some small scratches to the silver at the top rear cover edge (presumably from opening and closing) but overall the case remains in a very good condition throughout.

A lovely piece.
