Antique Late Victorian Mahogany Double Ended Chaise Longue Sofa C1890 Wdb150/17.6

Description

Lovely antique late victorian mahogany double ended chaise longue sofa and dating from around 1890. Of quality mahogany with a lovely deep scrolled back rests with carved mahogany support to one end and a tub shaped back rest to the other end joined by an upholstered backrail above turned mahogany supports with a deep stuff over seat and standing on turned legs. It has original horsehair upholstery in very good condition and has been recovered in a quality william morris chintz style fabric.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the period.

A lovely antique quality mahogany chaise longue sofa.

It measures: 27.5" high X seat height 15" X 26" deep X 72" long
