A 1 quart spouted measure by Thomas Phillips of Smithfield, London; who worked 1795-1849.
The measure is marked with the makers touch mark is on the inside base. There are numerous verifications around the rim including a William IV mark.

Condition:
Excellent condition with a polished silver grey finish and some small traces of light oxide.
