Description

A rare Victorian Period carved gilt wood antique love seat. Having a deep buttoned back with carved and gilded supports and with a generous deep buttoned sprung seat which accommodates two people. Raised on shell carved cabriole supports with the original brass castors. Upholstered in a lovely pink velvet, in lovely usable condition with no tears or rips. There is minor loss to the gilt commensurate with age and use. English circa 1880

Dimensions: 36" wide x 25" deep x 29" high (seat height 16")
