Quality Antique Victorian Mahogany Princess Wardrobe Compactum C1890 Wdb4700/18.5

Description

This is a lovely quality antique edwardian dark mahogany princess wardrobe compactum and dating from around 1900. It has a carved cornice top with deep mahogany frieze above two shaped full length mirrored doors with original ornate brass handles internally there is a brass hanging rail and original hooks and it has its original fabric lining. To the centre there is a beautifully carved panelled door with ornate brass handle above a carved and shaped frieze over an open compartment with three graduating drawers all of which are mahogany lined and with original ornate brass handles. It stands on stylised bracket feet.

Separates into five pieces for ease of transporting.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the period.

Measures: 82" high X 21" deep X 18" internal depth X 75" long
