Antique Pewter has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The measure has verification marks stamped either side of the handle on the brass rim. The inside of the base has a partial mark for W R Loftus Ltd of 321 Oxford Street, London. Brass rim measures are considered to have been used to measure shell fish and dry produce.

Condition:
Excellent condition with a polished silver grey finish and some small traces of light oxide.
Repairs: There are no repairs that I could detect.
