Antique Pewter has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
The flagon has a large bulbous body with a flat lid with a solid erect thumbpiece cast with a relief of an angel's head; hence the name angel flagon. There is a partial touch mark to the base.

Condition:
Excellent condition with a polished silver grey finish and some very small traces of light oxide.
