Victorian Mahogany Upholstered Settee

19th century
Description

A three seat setter raised on four scrolling cabriole legs. Proud, acanthus leaf decoration.on all four legs with carved egg and dart applied trim on three sides. The frame is solid and in good condition with no breaks or woodworm. and appears to have had one previous covering to the one shown which was probably done up to 70 years ago. Offered as reupholstering project. C 1880 in the Georgian manner.
