A good quality mid Victorian wellington chest constructed from beautifully figured rosewood, the rectangular shaped top above the hidden frieze drawer. The 7 graduated and mahogany lined drawers with dove tailed joints and turned pulls.The side locking bar which locks all drawers is working and has a key and the whole stands on an off set plinth base.
