Antique William 1v Flamed Mahogany Wardrobe on Chest /Clothes Press C1820 Wdb420/13.4

Description

Superb antique william 1v flamed mahogany clothes press and dating form aorund 1820. Of quality mahogany it has a cornice top with deep mahogany frieze with carved corbal supports to either side and with two arched panelled doors and internal hanging rail. The base has a moulded edge to the top with two short over two long drawers all of which are oak lined and with turned original knob handles and it stands on a plinth base.

In very good condition with beautiful rich deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the period.

It separates into three pieces for ease of transporting.

Measures: 84" high X 24" deep X 19.5" internal depth X 50" wide
