This is a superb quality made pair of Gordon Russell Japanese oak wardrobes that were made on 17.7.1930. Designed by Gordon Russell and made by the cabinet maker F.
The robes have panelled doors with oak handles and they have solid oak backs. Inside one Russell wardrobe has hanging space with a single storage shelf, the other having hanging space and shelving. All the shelving is in cedar wood. A Gordon Russell paper makers label can be found on the back of one of the wardrobes. A beautifully made pair of top quality oak wardrobes by Gordon Russell from 1930.
