. Raised on a circular foot the main body of the vase of bulbous form with a tapering neck above .

The shaped and reeded handles with distinctive cast conch-shell to the shoulders , and cast classical motifs on their terminals to the neck and body .
The circular top edge with a flared moulding corresponding to the base foot-ring .

Consistent dark bronzed patina to the copper , with some minor historic dents and dings to the body which indistinctly reveal the copper construction beneath.
Impressive classically-inspired decorative centrepiece of strong form and proportions , echoing the ancient civilisations of Greece and Rome .
